About
Who you'd be working with.
My remit at a European bank is org-scale: engineering roles and SDLC stages, and the investment that shapes them. AI now runs through all of it.
I read organizations whole. First the measurable layer: I mine what the org produces — code, tasks, communications, business processes — at a scale no person could read. Then the layer no analysis catches: the political and organizational context that decides which changes survive.
What I roll out to teams, I run on myself first. My own products — this site included — ship from autonomous agentic pipelines I built.

Operating principles
Roles, not tools
Buying copilots changes nothing. Transformation happens when roles and SDLC stages are redesigned around AI.
The team is the unit
An AI-native team plans, reviews, and hands off differently — one developer with an assistant is not a transformation.
Telemetry over opinions
The org's own tasks and communications say where it hurts. Standards that remove no bottleneck get killed.
