About
I make organizations AI-native.
I'm an engineer by background — software development and computer science — who now runs AI transformation at the organizational level: SDLC stages, engineering roles, and the operating model of teams.
Currently Head of Data Management at a European bank, where 200+ teams work with AI I helped put in their hands. The roles I design have names like Full-Cycle Engineer and Data Product Engineer.
My method is telemetry over opinion: I mine the organization's own work — six-figure task archives, communications, cross-team dependencies — to locate bottlenecks and decide where transformation starts.
The same leverage runs my portfolio: 10+ products built solo on autonomous agentic pipelines, this site included.

Operating principles
Roles, not tools
Buying copilots changes nothing. Transformation happens when roles and SDLC stages are redesigned around AI.
The team is the unit
An AI-native team plans, reviews, and hands off differently — one developer with an assistant is not a transformation.
Telemetry over opinions
The org's own tasks and communications say where it hurts. Standards that remove no bottleneck get killed.
